Lived here for over 5 years. It is equidistant from practically anything you could want to be close to, is surrounded by greenways and quiet roads, and has great neighborhood and community events (there is even a Farmer's Market within walking distance).
The staff know you by name and maintenance requests are always taken care of in a timely manner. The units are a little older, but all the appliances were brand new when I moved in and I rarely have maintenance issues.
Oh, and the legendary Google Fiber is hooked up throughout the neighborhood in all of the units.
Considering the all of the above, and considering Treybrooke is located in Morrisville, the rental costs are comparatively low (also likely because the units are older). Of all the places I have rented in my adult life, Treybrooke has been by far the best; sure, there are little things here and there that could be better as with any community, but they are usually inconsequential or temporary.
All in all, it's been a wonderful place to live.
